June 21st marked Elizabeth's last day of kindergarten and it was a very sad day in our house. I have to admit that I was surprised at how upset Elizabeth was about the year ending - she isn't quite sure what she's going to do with herself and she can't imagine time away from her beloved teacher. Under the guidance of her amazing teacher, Elizabeth developed amazing skills and knowledge. Her final report card is one that we are quite proud of - her performance exceeds expectations in every category except forming numbers 0-9 (???) and her skills and effort were graded as consistently strong. We are hoping that she will develop more reading skills over the summer - and I guess that we'll have to work on those numbers!! - and we are really fortunate that she had such a great teacher.
Ready for her last day of school!
