In less than three weeks, Emily leaves for preseason Clarkson University. Because Clarkson is D3, the fundraising grind never ends. The players have been tasked with raising funds for gear, video analytic software, new balls, as well as future overnight and out of region trips. Emily is looking for pledges of set dollar amounts or for goals achieved, such as shut outs, wins or goals scored. For point of reference, last season Clarkson won 11 games, scored 32 goals and earned 9 shutouts - and almost the entire starting lineup is returning this season.
