Although her birthday isn't until July, Elizabeth's preschool class celebrated her birthday this past Thursday. Elizabeth and I made princess cupcakes together on Wednesday - chocolate cupcakes with hot pink frosting and Cinderella crowns and castles on top. They were a hit!

I love to bake. I am happy to see you like baking as well and are taking safety precautions!!
Next time you come to NH, you will have to share some baking tips with me...lets bake something very yummy together!!
