"Real" Pictures

This weekend, I had the opportunity to play around with a "real" camera - the much coveted (at least by me) SLR. After taking tons of action photos of the girls, I realized that I made a HUGE mistake when I decided to go with a high end point and shoot rather than an SLR when I bought a new camera in January. I'm starting to save (and hoping against hope that the porch comes in under budget!) in hopes of being able to make a new camera purchase in time for at least one of our upcoming two vacations.

Love these action shots of Emily swinging - I literally snapped away as she went back and forth.

Elizabeth and bubbles
I took some very similar shots with my camera and you can hardly see the bubbles.

I have an SLR and it is amazing! you will not be sorry for one second after you buy it! It is worth every penny! When i use my point and shoot it is very hard to get a good shot of Emily! Good luck and may your porch come in under budget.....even if it doesn't GO FOR IT!
