Deck the Halls

Our schedule this time of year is always a bit hectic, so it took us a few days to get the lights and ornaments on the tree, not to mention getting the rest of the house decorated for Christmas.  Things are slowly falling into place and I think that we can safely say that we have finished decorating for the holidays, both inside and out!

We put the lights on the tree - and then remembered that we had to throw away some strands last year.  And seriously, how lame does this look?  So we went out and bought all new lights for the tree.

We also went old school with the lights, returning to the large bulbs.  It's amazing how much different they look.
