The Rise

The last lacrosse tournament of the summer fell on the weekend we were beginning our vacation, so Emily ended up only playing one day of games.  It was brutally hot, but the girls played some excellent lacrosse.  On our way home from vacation, Emily got her end-of-season evaluation and received really good scores and feedback from her coaches, both of which made her so happy that she decided to get outside of her comfort zone and play this summer.
