JV Basketball

Emily started playing basketball this year, not because she wants to but because we want her to play more than just soccer, soccer, soccer.  She can only make one practice a week and she did miss the first couple of games, but all things considered, she still does a pretty good job in the games.  She has good instincts, mostly from playing other sports, I think.  She does not enjoy playing a sport that she is not particularly good at, and that none of her friends play, but she looks better every week.

I love the height disparity in this photo. 

She averages a few steals every game, because she has good instincts.  She's yet to turn a steal into a basket, but it's fun to watch.
