Catholic Schools Week

The last week of January is Catholic Schools Week, at our school and at Catholic schools across the country.  Our school had a wonderful week - grandparents' luncheon, service projects, community leaders luncheon, pasta dinner and Winter Blues Dance.  The entire school was filled with energy - I am so proud of our school and so proud of our girls for all they did this week!
All week long, beautiful works of art were on display for anyone that stopped by the school or participated in an event.
Emily's birch trees.

Emily's paper strip sculpture.
Elizabeth's art - Starry Night

The beautiful letter that Elizabeth wrote to Lee and I was on display.
Emily's thank you letter.
Elizabeth and three other 4th graders were chosen to be servers at the community leaders luncheon.
School spirit day - no uniforms, school colors!

School pep rally!  4th grade won the spirit stick!!
