Friends Forever, Forever Friends

Today, my long time friend Janet joined us at the beach with her son Ethan. Janet and I have known each other since 7th grade; our bridal showers, weddings, baby showers and due dates were two weeks apart and Ethan is only ten days older than Elizabeth. They were first introduced before they were a month old and although they don't see each other that often, every time they do, they pick up right where they left off and today was no exception. It was amazing to see the two little friends play in the water and in the sand, non-stop for more than four hours. They both had such a good time and were completely exhausted by the end of the day. We are so glad that they were able to make it down for the day and miss them already. I hope that Ethan and Elizabeth grow up to be good friends and friends forever.
