Emily and I stay in touch with daily snapchats. I love getting little glimpses of her life - before class, in class, before going out after a game, etc.

This one screams "away game vibes"

Ready for the career fair.

Clarkson Soccer - September 2025

Emily's sophomore season at Clarkson has not gone particularly well so far, but she continues to grind it out. Although she played holding mid last season, the coaches decided to switch her to a more attacking position this year. Unfortunately, there are other talented players in that position, so her playing time has been relatively limited. She did register her first assistant, playing a gutsy game against SUNY Canton. She also saw time at holding mid against University of Rochester, SUNY Potsdam and WPI, when teammates went down with injuries. She didn't play much at the end of the month, but continues to put in the work.

We knew when we read the season preview that things might not go well for Emily this year.

The evening skies in Potsdam are amazing.
There was an early injury at the University of Rochester and Emily played an incredibly strong game in relief of her teammate, helping Clarkson draw against the ranked team.

Post game smiles for Emily and her roommates.

The long bus ride to WPI

All smiles with Abby after the game. Crazy to think that over all the years, this is the only time they've ever played against each other.

Playing outside mid, for the first time since grade school, at Skidmore.
