Field Trip

Last Friday was the third grade field trip to the Connecticut Science Center and Elizabeth's teacher asked me to chaperone.  We were there for about three hours and had a really great time and, because we got there so early, the girls had the chance to spend a lot of time at some of the really popular exhibits.

There were so many chaperones we had small groups - just the Eliz(s)abeths for me!

Space Exploration. 

Elizabeth bought a venus fly trap at the gift shop.  Lee predicted it would be dead by this past Tuesday, but so far, it has defied the odds!

They had classroom time for about an hour, and conducted experiments.
