The girls' school Halloween party was held on the last Friday in October and it was such a great time. I am co-president of the HSA (Catholic school version of a PTA) this year and so I spent the morning decorating the parish center with the other co-president and some helpers. When the girls got home from school, they immediately began begging to get dressed in their costumes but thankfully, we were able to hold them off for a little while. When the time came, they just loved getting ready - right down to the lip gloss as a finishing touch. They had great fun playing with all of their friends and dancing to the tunes of the awesome DJ.
Glimpse into the future- Elizabeth putting on her lip gloss.
Emily was a "Spanish Dancer" and Elizabeth was a "Japanese Princess." They picked out their own costumes, we only had veto power.
The fan was Emily's favorite part of the costume.
Elizabeth loved the sleeves of her kimono.

Love the picture of Lee and the girls. It is always the little details of a costume the kids seem to love. Glad Hurricane Sandy did not ruin their Halloween experience.
looks like a lot of fun!! Love the girls' costumes, too.
Beautiful!
