Fenway Fever

Saturday night, Lee and I were lucky enough to go to Fenway to catch a Red Sox/Mets game with two close friends. It was a great game, until the top of the ninth, when Jonathan Papelbon, our scarily-solid-closer, gave up a two run homer after striking out two consecutive batters. Regardless of the outcome, we had a lot of fun and the game was very exciting.

Big Papi takes a swing.

Jacoby Ellsbury heads for third.

Jonathan Papelbon is intense. This pitch was 98 mph.

Lowell and Sheffield chat during the instant replay.

You were at Fenway, we were at the NYY game Saturday. Both good games....well better for a Yankee fan! :-)
