UNH Media Day

College sports bring with them new experiences - like media day. Elizabeth is not one for the camera, but even she had a great time at UNH's lacrosse media day.

NYC Birthday

It is the year of 16th birthdays and Emily has had some really great experiences with her friends.  The latest was a trip to the Color Museum in NYC, followed by lunch, shopping and Times Square.  Emily was absolutely exhausted when she got home, but it was well worth it!

Minions

Once again, Emily and her soccer friends spent two nights a week doing training and conditioning work with me to prepare for the fall high school season.  I love these girls so much - they give it their all, day in and day out and this summer, they took it up a notch.  On days that they weren't training with me, I often received text messages asking for workouts that they could do on their own.  They also asked me about nutrition and sleep habits.  They are taking so much into their own hands at this point and it's really great to watch them grow.

 First day of Emily's junior year and first day of Elizabeth's freshman year of college.

Lake Day

The Minions were invited to Jules' lake house for a sleepover after a brutal Friday night workout.  Some of the dads chaperoned the first night and then everyone was invited to spend the day on Saturday.  The girls had a fantastic time - they are just wonderful kids and great friends.
