Spring is finally upon us and on the first Saturday in April, Elizabeth played her first JV soccer game for her school - and had a blast! This year, the school joined the Catholic Soccer League and fields two JV (grades 3-5) and one Varsity (grades 6-8) team. Even though she plays travel soccer every weekend, Elizabeth was excited to play with her classmates and school mates. It was so great to watch the school pride! Watching her play with her friends and for her school is a completely different experience - the kids are generally less experienced than her and so she has a ton of confidence on the field. She played two games on Saturday morning and played the entire game - didn't come out for a single second! Then, as soon as the second game was over, we jumped in the car and drove 35 miles to the indoor sports complex where she played her third game of the day. She was one tired, but very happy girl, on Saturday night!
