Easter

On the morning of Easter Sunday, we drove up to New Hampshire for some quick celebrating with our families.  The girls had a great time - as always - and we enjoyed spending time with both sides of the family, although our visit was brief.  All of our relatives spoiled the girls, per the usual, but their gratitude (and encyclopedic memory of which gifts came from which people) is amazing.
Driving up in the pre-dawn hours - playing the license plate game, which was an unexpected hit for the entire family.  We all find ourselves peering out the window, looking at the license plates of every car and truck that we pass; as well as learning all sorts of obscure facts about tractor trailers (there is an unusually high number of tractor trailers out of Maine, Tennessee and New Brunswick, in case you were wondering...).
Brunch at Aunt Margie's and Uncle Tom's.
The light up bunny ear headbands from Aunt Margie were quite the hit!

Presents from Aunt Margie and Aunt Sylvia (above and below).

The aunts and uncles were cracking up at the girls as they plowed through their presents.
Emily got lamb slippers (!!) from Aunt Chris, Uncle Chip and Jessa - she loves them!!!
Opening Aunt Denise's gift.
The paper dolls were a big hit - when Aunt Denise saw them on the girls' wish lists, she had a feeling the girls would love them, as she enjoyed playing with them when she was a girl.
Gathered around the laptop at my parents' house, looking at their pictures from their recent trip to South Africa.  Elizabeth and Emily were fascinated with the close up shots of cheetahs, giraffes and elephants.
Poor Elliot....
Reading the bible (no joke!) in the car on the way home.
Now THIS is some serious Easter loot!!!  The girls love our extended family and they are soooo appreciative!!!!
Lambie and Bunny feet!
One could OD on chocolate bunnies in our house....
