This weekend, I had the opportunity to play around with a "real" camera - the much coveted (at least by me) SLR. After taking tons of action photos of the girls, I realized that I made a HUGE mistake when I decided to go with a high end point and shoot rather than an SLR when I bought a new camera in January. I'm starting to save (and hoping against hope that the porch comes in under budget!) in hopes of being able to make a new camera purchase in time for at least one of our upcoming two vacations.
Love these action shots of Emily swinging - I literally snapped away as she went back and forth.

I took some very similar shots with my camera and you can hardly see the bubbles.

ReplyDeleteI have an SLR and it is amazing! you will not be sorry for one second after you buy it! It is worth every penny! When i use my point and shoot it is very hard to get a good shot of Emily! Good luck and may your porch come in under budget.....even if it doesn't GO FOR IT!
